Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 12 May 2010, 5,000 ordinary shares of RIT Capital Partners plc ('RITCP') held as part of Mr Duncan Budge's beneficial interest are re-classified as a non-beneficial interest, upon a son for whom he holds the shares ceasing to be a minor.

Following the above, Mr Budge's interests in the ordinary shares of RITCP are as follows:

35,139 shares (0.02% of issued) held beneficially; and

15,000 shares (0.01% of issued) held non-beneficially
