E-communications
Registered holders of ordinary shares of RIT Capital Partners plc may elect to communicate with the company electronically as an alternative to receiving hard copy accounts and circulars. This facility is provided by the Company's registrars, Computershare Investor Services PLC.
If you would like to receive future communications from the Company by e-mail rather than by post, shareholders should register online at www.computershare.com/investors. Shareholders will need their Shareholder Reference Number, as shown on their share certificates or dividend advices, to complete the registration process. Shareholders will also be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions for Electronic Communication with Shareholders.
Following registration, shareholders may click on "Electronic Shareholder Communication" to complete their election to receive future company correspondence by e-mail.
